Sweet Delivery 

Orders placed from Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) will be lovingly processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after credit card verification and authorization. If you place an order on a cozy Sunday, we will get it started the very next business day! You will receive a sweet confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your goodies are on the way. 

Just a friendly reminder: ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Happy Swaps

Because our products are carefully hand-beaded just for you, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer a happy swap for store credit within 30 days of when you receive your order. 

Once we receive your happy swap, please allow up to 20 business days for it to be processed. Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. 

Patch Up Promise

Locked by Lula offers a 60 day patch up promise! If your item has a little hiccup due to manufacturing or begins to unravel, we are more than happy to replace it at no cost.
